Mark transformed the seven-bedroom Chigwell building into four apartments, which is said to have netted the TV presenter up to £5 million.

The Extra TV host paid £1,050,000 for the property back in 2015.

Jess also reportedly handed over £58,500 towards the build, after Mark bought the original property for £1 million with help from his wife.

Mark settled the loan in full on 12 January 2016.

After gaining planning permission in August that year, Mark - who is currently based in Los Angeles - quickly began work transforming the seven-bedroom mansion.

One of the properties - which has been listed on Right Move for £1,295,000 - boasts four en-suite bedrooms over three storeys and a large open plan kitchen-living-dining area.
