Who’s on The One Show tonight? The Hairy Bikers and Professor Keith Willett join Matt Baker and Michelle Ackerley
ONE of the UK's most-loved TV culinary duos will be appearing on tonight's edition of The One Show.
Here's who will be joining The Hairy Bikers on the programme, and the duo taking the presenting reins tonight.
Who's on The One Show tonight?
The Hairy Bikers
Motorbike-loving cooks David Myers and Simon King have fronted numerous telly shows under the mantle of The Hairy Bikers.
The lovable duo have graced screens for more than 13 years and have enjoyed more than a decade at the top after their career took off in 2006, when they hosted 20 episodes of The Hairy Bikers' Cookbook.
They also release cookbooks under their brand, with The Hairy Dieters scooping a National Book Award in 2012.
They first met in 1995 when both were working in TV and film production.
Professor Keith Willett
Keith Willett is the Director for Acute Care to NHS England and a professor at the University of Oxford.
In 1994, he co-founded the groundbreaking 24-hour consultant-resident Oxford Trauma Serivce at the John Radcliffe hospital in 1994.
Willett has almost a quarter of a century of experience as a consultant surgeon, and was awarded a CBE in the 2016 New Year's Honours List for services to the NHS.
With the NHS winter crisis in full swing, he will be on hand in the studio to give an update on the intense pressures faced by hospitals at their busiest time of year.

Today’s episode will last half an hour and is being hosted by Matt Baker and Michelle Acklerley, who is standing in for Alex Jones.
Each night the presenters mix interviews with an array of celebrity guests with an eclectic mix of topics ranging from current affairs to pop culture.
It is then available on demand on the BBC iPlayer.
Can I be in The One Show audience?
Unfortunately, the One Show is not listed among the BBC shows you can apply for tickets for.
So viewers will just have to get their fix from their sofas.

How long has The One Show been running?
The magazine style show has been running for over a decade. The first episode was aired on August 14 2006.
From 2007 to 2010 it was hosted by Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley, before Alex Jones and Jason Manford took the helm, later being replaced by Matt Baker.
Chris Evans oversaw the Friday night hour-long episodes from 2010 to 2015.
The likes of Dermot O’Leary, Phil Tufnell, Zoe Ball and Fearne Cotton are among the guest presenters who have stood in for the regular duos.
