Top tips for getting Ed Sheeran tickets and mistakes to avoid when buying them
To stand the best chance of being successful in your quest to buy Ed Sheeran tickets make sure you avoid doing the following:
Waiting until Friday morning to register — set up your account with the supplier ahead of them going on sale.
Leaving your account unverified — a phone number and passcode will need to be set up.
Assuming your old account is active — if you already have an account, double check it is still working, billing info is accurate and saved, and that you can remember the password.
Poor internet connection — ensure your internet signal is strong.
Low batteries — check that the devices you are using are plugged in or fully charged.
Refreshing the page while in the waiting room — ticketing sites use a queuing system when they are busy and warn that refreshing won't move you up the line (the page updates automatically, so once in the queue it's advisable to just wait and keep your fingers crossed).
Do not buy tickets through an unofficial website as you will be refused entry to the concert.
