All tickets sold out
All three shows at Portman Road in Ipswich town have now sold out.
Ed Sheeran took to his social media accounts to confirm the news.
Scam alert
Just within minutes of the general sale, some people claimed to be re-selling their tickets already as they couldn't attend anymore.
Be aware that the transfer option isn't available for Portman Road gigs on Ticketmaster.
Missed out on Ticketmaster?
Several authorised sellers will also have tickets up for sale, according to Sheeran’s website – as well as Ticketmaster, fans can choose to use Eventim, See Tickets and Gigantic among other official sellers.
What else should I know?
There are 30,075 tickets per show available to buy, although most have sold out now.
Ticketmaster said there would be no physical copies of tickets sent out and instead fans would have them on their mobile phones.
Once fans have bought tickets, they will receive instructions on how to access the tickets closer to the dates of the shows.
How do I buy tickets for someone who needs accessible areas?
Those who require either a carer to accompany them or disabled access to the shows have been encouraged to visit the Gigantic website to purchase their tickets.
Once they are purchased, fans will be instructed to fill out an online form detailing their requirements to receive a personal assistant ticket free of charge if applicable.
British Sign Language will also be provided on all shows and those who wish to use this service should book their tickets in the standing/free area.
How many tickets can I buy?
There is a strict ticket limit of six for all sales.
Those who purchase in excess of six will have their ordered cancelled, according to Ticketmaster.
“This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information,” Ticketmaster said on its website.
