Austin Armacost reveals plans to propose to his boyfriend Darren Banks as he finalises his divorce following difficult marriage split
The Celebrity Big Brother star has revealed he's already planned to get engaged later this year

AUSTIN Armacost has revealed he will propose to his boyfriend Darren Banks as soon as his divorce is finalised from ex husband Jake Lees.
The pair enjoyed a decade-long romance before finally tying the knot, but Austin revealed they had split up in July last year.
He has since moved on with Darren, and the pair are completely smitten and already talking about getting engaged as soon as Austin officially ends his former marriage.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, as he supported Jessica Cunningham at the London launch of her Boardroom to Boudoir clothing range, Austin revealed he'll be the one to propose.
After accidentally referring to his boyfriend as his "husband", Austin quickly corrected himself and laughed: "I'm transitioning from celebrity life back to normal life.
"I love being a house wife, I love to take care of my boyfriend.
"I like to have his dinner ready when he gets home from work, do his laundry, I'm so domesticated it's crazy. I love it."
However Austin isn't in a rush to start a family and said: "If the family consists of a puppy then yes, that's as far as we're going!
"The next thing is we're going back to America, I'll finalise my divorce, and then I'll probably start looking into engagement with him."
The couple have openly spoken about their dream to marry, and Austin added: "I'll propose. I'm not one for big gestures, but he's more of the man in the relationship, so I think it'll be me. He knows it's coming, we've discussed it.
"I'm an immigrant in this country, so we don't want it to come down to us having to get married for me to stay, but if it does come down to that, we'll do that. I love it here."
Celebrity Big Brother star Austin is close friends with Marnie, but admitted he was worried after she began her relationship with the former Towie star in CBB last year.
Geordie Shore beauty Marnie was left devastated after discovering Lewis had enjoyed a sleazy romp with a recruitment agent he met at a cab rank while she was in Switzerland filming for the MTV show.
But putting her troubles aside, she joined Austin and more CBB pals at DSTRKT nightclub in London.
Speaking at the bash, Austin exclusively told The Sun Online: "I know Marnie personally and I know she's a really good woman.
"I know that she's really faithful and loyal to the people she's with and the people she's around."
But hitting out at love-rat Lewis, he added: "I don't know him, so I'd say 'f*** off you t**t. Why are you messing with my girl?'
"For anybody to mess with Marnie's emotions like that is really uncalled for.
"He seems unstable, he doesn't seem mentally stable to me. During the show [Celebrity Big Brother], he seemed a bit possessive, and then after they got out.
"I heard some things that seemed extremely possessive."
Meanwhile Austin gave his views on Jamie O'Hara and Bianca Gascoigne's whirlwind romance in the house, and admitted they didn't seem "bothered" about seeing each other once they'd left the house.
"I've not been following word for word, page for page, but I think it could have been handled better," he said.
"All either one of them had to do was pick up the telephone, or start typing a text message. I don't think either of them handled it well."
Austin admitted there was some "disconnect" between how the couple were in the house, and how they were once they'd left.
"When I was in the house, 100% they liked each other, now that we're out, I spent about four hours with Bianca's friends before the finale, and they were all really excited to see her.

"Then during the final, it seemed Jamie really wasn't that bothered to see her, and all she wanted to do was be with her friends.
"There seemed to be some disconnect between their relationship in the house, and how they were on the outside.
"Neither one of them seemed bothered about being together on the outside."
He added: "If you look at a relationship like Marnie and Lewis', it was full on, they were constantly making out, touching each other, having sex, whereas Bianca and Jamie really weren't that heavy."
