Rebekah Vardy shares adorable picture of baby son Finley cuddled with her eldest daughter after admitting she’s ‘scared to go out’ following vile abuse from football fans
WORRIED WAG Rebekah Vardy has been balancing intimate family moments with her adorable new son Finley with a torrent of abuse from Leicester City fans furious at her husband Jamie and the team for their shoddy showing this season.
The mum-of-four said she had been subject to vile insults at the Premier League side's recent games which now make her afraid to leave her home.
Her most recent turmoil comes just weeks after she was forced to report a vile Twitter troll who said he wished her baby son had been stillborn.
Rebekah : “I don’t really want to leave the house at the moment because of all the abuse I’ve been getting.
"When I was leaving the stadium last Sunday, someone shouted loads of abuse at me. “People’s perceptions of me are completely distorted and they don’t know me.”
Yesterday, Leicester City fans were left gutted after their side was dumped out of the FA Cup by League One side Millwall.
Yet to balance the bad feeling Rebekah, 35, uploaded an Instagram image showing her eldest daughter Megan, 11, planting a tender kiss on little Finley's head.
The schoolgirl can be seen cuddling her little brother close to her shoulder and Rebekah posted the shot with the words: "Growing up too quick!
"11 going on 18!" and a cheeky monkey Emoji icon.
The wife of England football ace Jamie delivered a healthy baby boy on January 10 yet her huge happiness has been tinged with sadness during his first few months.
Recently she found herself on the receiving end of vile Twitter abuse when a troll told her he wished her new-born son had been stillborn.
Rebekah reported the abuse to Twitter who then suspended the offending account – however she thinks it is important to speak out about the online attack.
She insisted: “Those tweets need to be highlighted because it’s the society we live in and it highlights what we have to tolerate."
