KATIE Price posed in an eye-popping bikini - before revealing her new plumped-up lips.
It comes after the 42-year-old, who has said she loves the "Playboy pin-up look", teased a major transformation.

However, her worried family and friends have warned her about getting more surgery and insisted she doesn’t need it.
Katie told fans she was ready for a "new transformation" saying: "I need a massive change and move in my life."
First, pictures emerged of the mum-of-five on the beach in Alicante in a pink and white hearts bikini.
On display were the many tattoos that she's had inked across her arms, legs and torso over the years.

The star, who recently had 2120CC breast implants, was seen walking along the beach and perching on a rock in a pair of glittering Crocs.
The snaps were taken on Katie's trip to Spain last month, but have only been released now.
Today she shared a video of her getting her lips done at Lift Aesthetics, who branded her the "queen of transformations".
The company posted the video of what they called her "stunning filler journey" on their Instagram Story.

Katie has long defended her surgery saying: "I’m in my 40s and I’ll do what the hell I want, when I want."
She went under the knife in December in her 16th boob op last year in a bid to get the "biggest breasts in Britain".
Katie has often spoken about her ideal look, after a time of looking more natural.
She told : "I just love having big boobs and a small body. I’ve always loved that look.
"In my eyes, if I’m having a boob job, I want them to look fake, I don’t want them to look natural. I don’t like the natural look."
However, she has denied being hooked on surgery insisting: "It’s like a car - you have an MOT. If you get a scratch or a dent, you fix it, and that’s how I feel with my body.
"I’m not trying to look younger and I definitely don’t want that alien look - when people go over the top and look like freaks."
It has been a difficult few days for Katie, whose protection dog Blade was killed after being hit by a car.
It is the latest pet tragedy for Katie following the deaths of numerous other animals. However, she has said she believes her pet was deliberately killed.
