The diminutive star posted a short video of herself and personal trainer boyfriend Ryan Libby showcasing their rather intimate workout routine on Wednesday morning.

Smiling Louise showed off her toned figure in a crop top and leggings while Ryan flaunted his ripped physique in a pair of dark grey shorts.
The couple could be seen working out together by using each other as weights with Louise attempting to squat while Ryan was on her back in one amusing sequence.
The petite reality star understandably struggled to stay up while her hunky boyfriend had no trouble picking her up for his series of moves.

Things took a racy turn when Louise straddled her man to do ab exercises which ended with a kiss each time before the pair began to enjoy a more sensual cuddle.
Ryan also opted to flash his pert bum at Louise and the camera before his girlfriend gave him a slap on the butt.

Louise started dating Ryan in July, two months after she split with Alik.
Her relationship with the personal trainer saw Louise slated by some fans of the show who accused her of cheating on her ex-boyfriend Alic Alfus with him.

The infidelity rumours started when her MIC co-star Stephanie Pratt tweeted about Louise, suggesting she’d been unfaithful to Alik.
She told her followers: “Uh no she was s***ging her trainer since March…”
Louise did not respond directly to Stephanie’s online slur but later confirmed she’d not been seeing Ryan before she broke up with Alik.
