X Factor’s Katie Waissel looks toned and ready for action as she works out ahead of Celebrity Big Brother

KATIE Waissel looks like she's ready and raring to go ahead of her appearance on Celebrity Big Brother next week.
The LA-based star has flown back into the UK and was seen in the middle of a gruelling workout in the middle of a central London park.
The 30-year-old first made headlines in 2010 as she tried to nab herself a music contract on the X Factor.
She was slated by viewers who deemed her overly confident in her ability as a performer and acting as if she had already won.
Katie was later booted from the series, and Matt Cardle eventually came to win the show.
However, the greatest success was of supergroup One Direction, who have become internationally acclaimed.
Since her time on the show Katie has moved to Los Angeles to make a bid for a new start.
Sources exclusively revealed to The Sun Online that Katie was bragging to people on the plane back to England last week that she was making her new bid for fame on the Channel 5 show.
They said: “Katie was flying first class from Atlanta to London and talking really loudly about going in to the house.
“She was overheard saying, ‘I shouldn’t tell you this, but I’m going to be in Celebrity Big Brother’.
“It was ridiculous as no one knew who she was.”
Since her time in America, Katie has become a lifestyle and fitness blogger for site Apartment 134.
It's clear that she practices what she preaches as she showed off her rock hard tum in sports gear while she enjoyed a gruelling work out in the sun.
The star is clearly making the most of her freedom before entering the CBB compound, joining other famous faces such as Geordie Shore's Marnie Simpson and Vicky Pattison's ex-boyfriend Stephen Bear.

One person who probably won't be cheering her on during her time on the show is ex-mentor Cheryl.
Since the end of the series, Katie has gone out of her way to slag off the Girls Aloud star, and even slammed her for being "more interested in cigarettes and her diamonds" than helping her perform her best in the X Factor live shows.
Another fan she's managed to put off is nan, Sheila Vogel-Coupe - who made her money as the UK's older escort.
Sheila believes that her granddaughter's time on the ITV talent show negatively impacted her business.
