SAM Faiers' partner Paul Knightley has revealed his impressive weight loss transformation after ditching his "dad bod" for abs.
The father-of-two praised his reality TV star girlfriend for pushing him to make a lifestyle change - and says the weight loss is just the beginning.
Unveiling his new look this evening, Paul said: "Today is exactly 8 weeks when I started my fitness journey with @kc_life_change_fitnesspt.
"Hard work and dedication has paid off. I couldn’t have done it without my girl for prepping all my meals & encouragement.
"This is just the start and not my end goal yet."
Paul, 31, is a property developer and estate agent who stars on Sam and Billie Faiers' show The Mummy Diaries.
The couple met at Towie hotspot Sheesh restaurant in Chigwell in 2014, just after Sam split from Joey Essex.
The couple were only together for five months when Sam discovered she was pregnant.
They now share Paul and Rosie - and have recently moved to a stunning new family home in Surrey.
The three-storey house features a stunning glass-sided staircase and a slide in son Paul’s room.
Sam and her brood moved into the £2.25 million Surrey property just before the UK went into lockdown.
The modern home has five bedrooms which all come complete with their own en-suite bathrooms.
In the latest series of The Mummy Diaries, Sam was seen stripping down to some sexy lingerie and jumping into bed with Paul on to celebrate their fifth anniversary.
They were on a romantic trip to Venice without their kids Paul, four, and Rosie, two.
Sam has admitted she still shares a bed with her four-year-old son - making romance difficult with her other half Paul.
She and her partner Paul, who she has been with since 2014, have previously spoken out about sleeping in separate bedrooms.

Speaking on her ITVBe show The Mummy Diaries, Sam asked: "So how long do you think it's going to be until we're back in the same bed?
"I estimate about three years. I miss cuddling you in bed, it feels weird don't you think?"
She later added to the camera: "I'm not going to lie, I do miss sharing a bed with Big Paul. I think we've got into such a routine with going into separate beds and sleeping with the kids."
