HOLLYWOOD actor Bradley Cooper left viewers in hysterics during the British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards last night - by looking utterly confused during the ceremony.

Bradley, 45, was sat among a sea of A-list stars at the glitzy event in London when he was caught on camera with a perplexed look on his face.

Some fans even joked on social media that the A Star Is Born actor was "bored". One compared him to a middle-aged woman who had forgotten her specs.

Bradley and the rest of the audience at London's Royal Albert Hall were watching actress Jessie Buckley sing Glasgow (No Place Like Home), taken from her movie Wild Rose.

The 30-year-old Irish actress, who was nominated for Leading Actress, even moved her close friend Renee Zellweger to tears with her performance.

But Bradley wasn't quite so affected.

As the camera zoomed in on his face, one fan tweeted: "Bradley cooper looking confused and bored at the #BAFTAs is my daily expression in life."

Another added: "Bradley Cooper looks like a 50 year old Mum trying to look at something on her phone without her glasses #BAFTAs."

A third added: "Very much enjoying these constant cuts to a perplexed Bradley Cooper at the BAFTAs."

One even said: "Bradley Cooper just looks confused by the woman singing about Glasgow."

Last year, Bradley won his first Bafta when A Star Is Born scooped the gong for best Best Film Music.

The star was nominated again this year, having co-produced Joker, but the movie lost out to 1917 in the Best Film Category.
