Amber Davies devastated as her beloved grandfather dies – and she dedicates first cabaret show to him

AMBER Davies has been left heartbroken over the death of her beloved grandfather.
The 25-year-old took to the stage last night, just two days after his passing, for the debut of her cabaret show – and dedicated it to him.
Sharing a picture of her and sister Jade cuddled up to her Taid, which is Welsh for grandad, Amber wrote: “2.3.22. My family gained a precious angel.
“I will love you forever and always Taid.”
And last night she went ahead with the opening night of her new show, revealing she felt him with her throughout.
Amber will perform and introduce the cabaret for the Cabaret All Star show at Proud Embankment for the next three months – following in the footsteps of Rachel Stevens and Denise Van Outen.
Looking incredible, Amber wowed in a number of amazing Hollywood glamour inspired outfits as she sang her heart out.

She later told fans: “Last night’s show was for him. Taid you gave me strength and guided me through every second. I really felt it.”
Her West End star sister also shared a series of pictures of him and told her followers: “Grief is a hell of a thing isn’t it 💔 devastated.”
Amber famously turned down a lead role in the musical Hairspray to appear on Love Island in 2017, which she ended up winning with Kem Cetinay.
She later continued to work in theatre and landed a role in the West End production of 9 to 5: The Musical.
Amber was also in Bring It On: The Musical, before it got axed due to ongoing issues with Covid.
