Mama June’s daughter Anna slams fans who claim sister Honey Boo Boo, 15, acts ‘too grown up’ with fake nails & lashes
MAMA June’s oldest daughter, Anna Cardwell, is sticking up for her sister Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson, after fans claimed the reality star acts “too grown up” with fake nails & lashes.

The Honey Boo Boo star who is also known as Chickadee, defended her little sister, saying: “ is a teenager who is growing up and is basically trying to find herself. She is going through what every teenager goes through.”
Fans have for wearing fake long nails and thick false eyelashes, but Anna says she’s more mature than most teens her age.
“She is grown up. She is more grown-up than most 15-year-olds. The nail stuff that doesn’t bother me, what do you expect for 15?”
Anna continued: “You don’t expect anything different from teens. They all want the same thing; they want to be grown up.”
She added she isn’t personally into the long nail trend, and has questioned her little sister about the functionality of such a manicure.
“With the nail thing, I’ve asked her how do you wipe your ass with that?,” Anna laughed, adding “Alana said ‘Its easy, you just wrap the toilet paper around them and wipe!’”
Last month Honey Boo Boo took to to share a selfie in which she wore no makeup, which came as a surprise to fans who have gotten used to the star looking much more made up.
Alana's followers have recently seen the reality star post snaps of herself in heavy makeup, long nails and fake eyelashes.
In the make-under Instagram post the teen stuck out her tongue, while she pulled her blonde hair back in a side ponytail.
Alana captioned the post: "i don’t care, i live MY WAY."
Many fans seemed to love Alana's more natural look, as her Instagram followers raved over her appearance in the comments section.
While one fan called the teen "gorgeous," another wrote: "Pretty girl."

Honey opted for a more understated look after she was slammed by fans for wearing fluttering falsies and a full face of makeup.
