Where is Vienna
Vienna is the capital of Austria, and has around 2.6m people living in its metropolitan area - a third of Austria's population.
Having just been named the most liveable city in the world, t's easy to see why so many people live there.
The city is found in the East of the country, on the Danube River.
It is famous for its parks, architecture, and efficient subway system.
Why is Vienna the world's most liveable city?
140 global cities were ranked on political stability, crime, education, and access to healthcare.
Vienna swept the board and was crowned the world's best city to live in, snatching the crown from Melbourne.
Manchester soared past London to open up a 13-place gap.
Survey editor Roxana Slavcheva said Vienna's top place in the rankings reflected "a relative return to stability across much of Europe".

Who are the previous winners?
Melbourne was ranked the world's most liveable city for seven straight years - from 2011 to to 2017.
Prior to that, Vancouver, Canada, held the crown from 2002 to 2010.
Cities from Australia, Canada, and New Zealand traditionally dominate the top ten.
