Bournemouth striker Lys Mousset hits out at Eddie Howe over lack of Premier League game time

BOURNEMOUTH striker Lys Mousset could be about to call time on his spell with the south coast club after revealing his frustration at being Eddie Howe's "third, fourth or fifth" choice striker.
The Frenchman has played just 23 minutes of Premier League football across two appearances from the bench so far this season and the 20-year-old is fed up of being a 'spectator' to rival forwards Callum Wilson and Benik Afobe.
"If I wanted to be third, fourth or fifth in line as a striker, I could have signed for Arsenal or Tottenham," Mousset told French newspaper Paris-Normandie.
"It's bizarre, but I feel like I've been left to one side, and it annoys me to think I might go a season without scoring."
He added: "The manager told me I would play in the next league game [against Southampton] but in the end, I wasn't even in the group."

"Frankly, I feel like I'm a spectator. I can't stay like this. I always dreamed of being in England, but not in these conditions."
Bournemouth boss Howe, who signed Mousset for a reported £5.4m in the summer from Le Havre, could lose his French forward on loan to Bristol City in the January transfer window after the Championship club stepped up their interest on news of his unrest at Dean Court.
Le Havre, formerly managed by Swansea's Bob Bradley, is famed for producing world class stars like Paul Pogba and Dimitri Payet in recent years.
