Elsewhere Kenedy put in an uninspiring performance as he failed to win over the Chelsea faithful, while Chalobah showed glimpses of potential.
First team readiness
Zouma: The French centre-back is in his third season with Chelsea, and compared to last season's 32 matches, he has been restricted to just a mere 12 games. A quality defender undoubtedly, Zouma impressed, though was at fault for Watford's third goal as he misjudged the flight of the ball. He will be pushing to be a regular starter for next year. 4/5
Ake: The 22-year-old was at Bournemouth on loan earlier on in the season where he was a regular starter under Eddie Howe, and he looked sharp and quick in action. He impressed in the back three and will be looking for more opportunities next campaign. 4/5
Chalobah: The central midfielder looked at ease when he had the ball at his feet, looking comfortable in possession, though he struggled without the ball. A loan at a Premier League side should be his main priority. 2/5
Kenedy: The 21-year-old failed to impress at Stamford Bridge, playing at wing-back, he didn't offer anything going forward and couldn't get into the match. A loan move away is needed for his development. 1/5

Influence
Zouma: The 22-year-old failed to clear the ball in the second half as Stefano Okaka lashed home his side's equaliser. However prior to his mistake, and afterwards, he looked ever much like the player that has been billed as France's next best centre-back. 3/5
Ake: The Dutch defender was assured in possession and impressed in the back-line for Chelsea. His assist for Michy Batshuayi's goal was glorious - controlling Kenedy's fizzing drive perfectly before squaring to the Belgian to tap home. 3/5
Chalobah: The former Napoli loanee put in a competent, but hardly memorable display in the heart of the midfield. often passing sideways to his team-mates, he couldn't provide a spark in the match. 2/5
Kenedy: Making his first start of the season for the Blues, he struggled in the first half to create any clear cut chances, though he played a role in Chelsea's third goal as his deflected shot found it's way to Nathan Ake. 1/5
Team work
Zouma: Even though he was playing in the back three, he was regularly pushing up to help his midfield and was almost always available for his team-mates. 3/5
Ake: Playing against his former side, the 21-year-old could have easily chose to shoot himself instead of passing to Batshuayi, but his unselfishness proved he puts his side first. He was always providing an outlet for the pass and helped his midfield whenever possible. 4/5
Chalobah: Just like all his young team-mates on the day, his team work was exemplary. Always available for his team-mates in attack or defence, he helped pass his team out of trouble on many occasions. 4/5
Kenedy: Even though he failed to make an impact, Kenedy was continuously running up and down the left channel to help his defence as well as attack. He admirably held his shape well and was always attempting to be available. 3/5
Body language
Zouma: He didn't let his mistake detriment his performance and proved that small setbacks won't put him off his game. Zouma challenged for every ball he could and would have impressed his manager. 4/5
Ake: Playing as though he had a point to prove, Ake was vocal, dominant and played with a great understanding with his team-mates. 4/5
Chalobah: What you can't question is the 22-year-old's passion for his side. The Chelsea supporters have come accustomed to his love for the club, and have taken him to their hearts. 4/5
Kenedy: The former Hornet wasn't getting much of the ball, but his head didn't drop and he was tirelessly attempting to contest every ball. 4/5
