Chelsea ‘offer Robert Sanchez and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall’ in player-plus-cash deal for West Ham star Mohammed Kudus

CHELSEA have offered Robert Sanchez and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in part-exchange for West Ham star Mohammed Kudus, according to reports.

The Blues are keen to bolster Enzo Maresca's forward line following their Conference League triumph.

The West Londoners have long held an interest in Kudus, dating back to before the Ghanaian signed for West Ham.

According to , the Hammers have turned down an approach by Chelsea for Kudus this summer.

While the fee offered is unclear, the Blues were willing to include first team stars Sanchez and Dewsbury-Hall in a bid to sweeten the deal.

Kudus cost the Hammers £38million when they bought him from Ajax two years ago.

The 24-year-old has also attracted interest from Saudi Arabia, but reportedly wants to stay in England.

Kudus enjoyed an impressive first season at West Ham, scoring 18 goals in all competitions and adding 10 assists.

Last season was not so productive, as he netted five times in the Prem, while laying on a further three goals.

The West Ham star's contract will reportedly contain an £85m release clause through the first 10 days of July.

But it remains to be seen whether the Blues would be willing to offer that much.

The Blues reportedly beat off competition from Manchester United to sign the former City youth ace.

Upon signing for Chelsea, Delap said: "I understand the stature of this club and can see the trajectory it is on with these players and the head coach.

"It’s going to be an incredible place for me to develop, and I hope to achieve amazing things here and help the club win more trophies."

The move sees Delap reunite with his former Man City academy team-mate Cole Palmer.
