JOHN DALY'S wacky stunts show no sign of bottoming out.

On the contrary! The Hooters-backed bad boy of golf found a cheeky tee-off point and new type of 'wedge' shot few others could get away with.

And perhaps it was a case of "Bottom's Up!" as the party-loving American celebrated his birthday early.

The two-time major winner, who needed emergency surgery in January, will be 59 on Monday.

Needless to say, the tee-clencher was dressed like one of the glamorous, scantily-clad waitresses which Hooters is famous for.

Daly perched the ball carefully in the back of her shorts.

And he didn't even take a practice swing as he dispatched the ball into the distance.

Indeed, she looked over her shoulder with a smile as the ball disappeared.

Whatever the case, fans of the 1995 Open were delighted with his latest antics.

One posted: "If I could live anyone’s life, it would be John Daly's."

Other tributes included "Living legend" and "The GOAT".

A fourth admirer demanded, spiritually: "Respect the beard. Nuff said."

However, a fifth viewer injected some 'hind' sight into the bum caper.

He commented: "Love big John but... Just don't do it... Not something you want to show your kids."
