You may have tried the free version, but Unlimited boasts a variety of features that aren’t available in the standard plan.

For starters, it’s ad-free. Plus, you can play whatever you fancy, whenever you like, with unlimited skips.

On top of that, you won’t have to deal with the annoyance of shuffle mode.

Amazon highlights that its service includes ‘100 million songs in HD and millions of songs in Ultra HD… [with] a growing catalogue of music mastered in Dolby Atmos and 360 Reality Audio.’

In addition to the music, Unlimited subscribers also gain access to a selection of ad-free podcasts.

How to get cheaper Amazon Music Unlimited

To save money on your Amazon Music Unlimited subscription, the smartest move is to regularly on Amazon’s website.

Amazon frequently runs discounts and special promotions on its music service, especially during major sales events like Amazon Prime Day and Black Friday.

Both sales are months away, but Amazon is currently offering in a deal that’s valid until April 16th 2025.

Is Amazon Music Unlimited free for Prime members?

Ordinarily, no. Prime members receive a host of perks and bonuses, but Amazon Music Unlimited isn’t included as part of the package.

That said, during Prime Day sales – now held twice annually – Amazon often rolls out exclusive deals for Prime subscribers.

While Music Unlimited requires a separate subscription, Prime members do pay slightly less at £10.99 per month.

There’s also the free Amazon Prime Music service available for Prime subscribers.

However, there’s a catch: its library can only be accessed in shuffle mode.

How much is Amazon Music Unlimited per month?

The standard monthly price for Amazon’s premium music streaming service is £11.99.

Amazon Prime members, on the other hand, pay a reduced rate of £10.99 per month.
