The spectacular five-bedroomed mansion in Newport on Tay, Fife, is priced at £845,000 in web valuations.

Records reveal it was sold by Adrian, 46, to A & G Properties, founded by Gillian, 44, and fiancé Alan Warnock.

The pile, which has a games and gym suite, was described as the “ultimate life-style home” when it went on the market.

A sales blurb by Celtic Developers boasted of the pad’s “cutting edge layout and design”.

It adds: “Extensive use of glass and balconies maximises the impact of its waterfront setting”.

Alan had resigned from A & G by the time of last August’s purchase.

Gillian and hubby Adrian hit the Euromillions jackpot in August 2012 and scooped £148million, the second largest win in history.

When their nine-year marriage broke down in November 2013, friends say they split their winnings equally.

Since then he has been living the high life, happily splashing his cash — on a glamorous young girlfriend, his own pub, a vast Georgian mansion and a white Aston Martin sports car.

She has maintained a more modest lifestyle and given away a huge chunk of her prize money — a generous act that has brought her nothing but misery and caused a major family rift.
