Earlier this week, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy .

McCarthy would be able to "force a floor vote on whether Pelosi can retain the speaker’s gavel," per rules.

But according to the news outlet, McCarthy hasn't decided whether he will support the effort to remove Pelosi.

He on Wednesday: "I don't think it's the best move at the moment."
