The listing states: “For anyone with a taste for 007-inspired luxury and the thrill of owning a true British classic, this Triumph Stag offers a unique opportunity to own a part of cinematic and automotive history.

“Whether you’re looking to show it off at a car show or simply cruise along the coast with the top down, this car is more than capable of fulfilling your Bond fantasies.

“Its history is well-documented, with paperwork dating back to its original registration in 1977.”

Styled by legendary sports car designer Giovanni Michelotti and project managed by Spen King, the model was only in production for eight years between 1970 and 1977 with over 25,000 units rolling out the factory.

The iconic motor gained a loyal following of fans and enthusiasts and was even used on the big screen alongside Sean Connery.

This car was restored in 1988 by independent garage body shop, Cross and Storer.

The current owner has kept the vehicle in immaculate condition since purchasing it in 2003.

The Triumph Stag is now up for sale with no reserve by Bonham Cars for £15k.

Powered by a thumping three-litre V8 engine, it delivers on both performance and style.
