Hamleys’ Regent Street store has been transformed into a GIANT playground for half term
Kids will be able to dress up and play with toys including LEGO, Harry Potter and LOL Surprise

WORLD-FAMOUS toy store Hamleys has transformed its seven-floor Regent Street shop into a giant playground for half term.
Kids will be able to dress up and play with toys including LEGO, Harry Potter and LOL Surprise and there will also be live entertainment, photo booths and competitions.
The shop is already a wonderland for children but now little ones will never want to leave thanks to all the exciting activities on offer during half term, which can be this or next week depending on the school.
Characters from hit movies How To Train Your Dragon: Hidden World and The LEGO Movie 2 will also be around to meet and take pictures with youngsters.
And games will be set up around the shop for kids to play with.
The activities will include:
- Scalextric time trial racing
- "Quidditch Training" and a Sorting Hat ceremony on Hamleys' dedicated Harry Potter floor
- The chance to challenge Hamleys’ resident board game expert to a game
- Daily parade through the store at 4pm
- Posing for a photo in a life-size Barbie Toy Box or a LOL Surprise photo booth
- Taking pictures with characters from The LEGO Movie 2 and How To Train Your Dragon
- Competitions to win toys, including a photo contest where kids could win £250 worth of Harry Potter toys
Sadly, only the Regent Street shop will host these half-term activities.
But in the central London store, the fun will continue for nearly two weeks until Sunday, March 3.
