The best work perks revealed, including the £10k bonus for working a decade, and the office with a built-in sauna
Over a third of UK workers admit perks and benefits are amongst their top consideration before accepting a job

MOST of us spend the majority of our adult life in the office, so it's only natural we prefer working for a company that comes with benefits.
But some firms go beyond the usual pension plan and “bike to work" scheme to attract new talent, according to a survey by career website Glassdoor.
Glassdoor found that over a third of employees admit perks and benefits are amongst their top consideration before accepting a new role.
The quirkiest perks being offered by companies include a £10,000 bonus for ten years’ service to the business from UKFast.
While Expedia will give a "Wellness Allowance" of anything between £400 to £1,200 for its staff to spend on fitness related items including clothes and gym memberships.
Meanwhile employees at TransferWise can regularly use the built-in office sauna.
“Perks don’t have to be expensive, but if used correctly they can reinforce a company’s brand and values,” David Whitby, Glassdoor’s UK country manager, said.
"Companies aren't always able to pay top salaries in the most competitive labour markets.
"In these cases, offering a more generous — and in some cases creative — benefits package can help employers attract and retain candidates, while also improving employee satisfaction and building a strong corporate culture," he added.
Here’s a roundup of the quirkiest perks that some employees in the UK are enjoying.
