Farmfoods in Swansea, Wales, is selling the bars for just 69p.

Pictured beside them are the original KitKat Chunky DUO bars, also priced at 69p.

We have one beady-eyed bargain hunter to thank for revealing this find.

Posting to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group, the shopper shared a snap of the bars.

They said: "69p on duo chocolate bars. @ Farmfoods parc tawe Swansea."

Comments from shoppers have been pouring in since the post went up yesterday.

One person questioned whether 69p is really a bargain, to which another replied: "Try WHSmith 2 for £4."

Followed by another: "This is cheap. They're £1.39 everywhere."

"How is it expensive?" asked another shopper.

Meanwhile other shoppers praised the bargain hunter for the find.

Tesco also appears to be selling the bars, but for £1 each.

It comes after KitKat launched chunky style sharing bars in Hazelnut, Salted Caramel and Double Chocolate.

The double chocolate bars feature a cocoa-flavoured filling, covered with thick, milk and dark chocolate marbled swirls.

Salted caramel bars see a filling covered in thick caramel flavour milk chocolate and marbled swirls, while the hazelnut-filled bars are covered in thick, milk and dark chocolate marbled swirls.

The bars are perfect for sharing with pieces easily broken off.

But from Wednesday January 29 they will be available at retailers nationwide.

The KitKat bars have been found in branches of Tesco, where they were being sold for £1.50 each.
