PROPERTY buyers have been left in shock after spotting an entire street up for sale, including 24 houses at any eye-watering price.

The mind blowing offering stretches over 1.77 acres with three garages and a workshop, 12 terrace houses, eight semi-detached properties, two detached houses and two mixed use lots.

Listed to go on sale by auction on November 6, the Dock Road mixed-use buildings are on offer for starting bids from just over £1.5 million.

According to the , the properties differ in design and are being sold in varying states of repair.

However, the sale must be considered by buyers willing to purchase the entire lot as a whole.

Some properties appear to have been kept in good condition with well-maintained and furnished rooms.

While others appear to be structurally intact with exposed floorboards, brick walls and peeling plaster.

Many of the houses boast cosy-looking living areas centred around fireplaces and have also been fitted with kitchens of differing quality.

Large windows and white washed walls have also been captured in some of the pictures with less obvious work needed due to the existing sleek and modern cabinets.

One particular part of the premises offers a generously sized garden for someone willing to strip back the weeds.

One person said: "Probably just a landlord desperate to get out asap with new rules coming in."

A second wrote: "There has to be a catch, what is it? Flooding from the river? Are they built from literal asbestos bricks?"

Someone else put: "Wow, that's pretty grim."

Yet others investigated the area further with one claiming the houses were originally built to serve dock workers.

Overall the post seems to have attracted interest with more than 40 reactions and slightly less comments.

Lydney Station is only 2.2 miles away from the site offering anyone considering placing a bid a connecting railway that could offer them a way of travelling to the site.
