The detached property is a former Cornwall Council public toilet and is part of a 0.12 acre lot at Long Rock near Penzance and is to be auctioned this Wednesday. With a long sandy beach directly in front and looking out onto St Michael’s Mount which was originally the site of a Benedictine Chapel, the spectacular castle on the rock dates from the 14th Century.
