Here are the highlights from the H&M and Erdem designer range collaboration
We beat the queues at H&M to bring you the highlights from its new designer range, the result of a highly anticipated collaboration between the store and London-based label Erdem.

THE launch of the highly anticipated collaboration between H&M and Erdem led to a shopping frenzy yesterday. The London-based label is a firm favourite of celebs including Emma Stone, Gwyneth Paltrow and Keira Knightley, who have all been snapped in its feminine designs.
But at almost £4,000 a frock, demand for the cheaper spin-offs was so high that H&M’s website crashed when the collection went live at 9am. And fans queued for hours outside its flagship store in London, far left, to bag a bargain. Here, Deputy Fashion Editor CLEMMIE FIELDSEND takes a look at some of the range to see which pieces live up to the hype.
Best for dressing up
Stylist verdict: “This is a great party dress. The material is a lot nicer than H&M’s regular offerings, so it justifies the higher price.”
Best investment
Stylist verdict: “It feels plush and the bow detail sets it apart from other High Street styles. The bag is real leather, but not worth the price.”
Worst item
Stylist verdict: “You wouldn’t look twice at this jumper if it was in a charity shop – and it’s itchy. The skirt is thick and luxurious to touch.”
Best designer copy
Stylist verdict: “Is this H&M or Chanel? The material is thick but not itchy, a sign of good quality. The blouse is classic Erdem and you’d wear this again and again.”
Most on-trend
Stylist verdict: “It’s all about the suit this season and this floral number ticks all the boxes. It has a luxurious feel and the structured fabric gives it a great shape.”
Easiest to wear
Stylist verdict: “These are 100 per cent silk and on trend. The pumps are cool and comfortable but pretty pricey.”
