I’m 50 next year & don’t have a single wrinkle thanks to a product from Boots or TikTok shop – I’ve never had Botox

A WOMAN who is turning 50 next summer has amazed people with how she doesn’t have a single wrinkle thanks to a simple product.
Age-defying Caroline Butler said she swears by using SPF100 on her face every day to prevent lines forming.
On her account she shared how she uses which costs £22.50 from Boots.
While this isn’t the cheapest SPF on the market, Caroline says she saved money on Botox and has never had to get it.
In a clip, she shared: “I'm turning 50 years old next year.
“I've never had Botox. I have never had any fillers.
“In fact, I've never had any sort of aesthetic surgery in my life. No, I do not have a filter on.
“In fact, I sometimes get asked for ID when I buy wine in the likes of Tesco!”
Caroline shared her secrets to her skin and said: “ I wear either factor 50 or factor 100 on my face every single day, no matter what the weather.
“I never ever sunbathe.”
The beauty lover also pointed out that you can pick up Eucerin Sun Actinic Control from the TikTok shop too.
She added: “This is water resistant, it is fragrance free and it's really lightweight on your skin.
“And wearing this will make sure you're really well protected when you're going out there this summer.
“Really lightweight and easy to apply and you don't need very much.”
The Boots website states: “The higher the SPF, the more UVB-rays are blocked out - which are a major cause of cell damage.
“An SPF100 for example blocks out about 99 per cent of UVB-rays.”
Alongside wearing the SPF she also said she rarely drinks alcohol, has never smoked, and is a vegetarian.
She also said that she doesn’t have a partner or kids, and added: “I'm a big believer in positivity, and I believe that if you keep a positive mindset, then it makes you more youthful.”
However, she did acknowledge that “inheriting pretty good genes” may also have played a part.
A study published in thesuggests that turmeric and curcumin may help prevent DNA damage and aid in DNA repair.
This is promising news for disease prevention and slowing the ageing process. It also:
Boosts Collagen Production: Collagen is a protein that maintains the skin's elasticity and firmness. As we age, collagen production decreases, leading to wrinkles and sagging skin. Turmeric helps stimulate collagen synthesis, thereby promoting firmer and more youthful skin.
Improves Skin Health: Turmeric has been shown to improve various skin conditions, such as acne, psoriasis, and eczema. Its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties help soothe the skin, reduce redness, and promote a clearer complexion.
