But a fire pit can actually provide an aesthetically pleasing addition to a garden - and a practical one to boot.

And the experts revealed the garden feature which adds the most value to a property is a shed.

  6. Water features eg. fountain or pond - 58%
  7. Modern garden furniture - 54%

"As it was only £30 I didn't think it would be up to much, but quite surprised!" another said.
