So it comes as no surprise that the most famous names in the industry turned heads last night while attending the glitzy Vanity Fair Oscars bash.

But while some celebs opted for fairy tale downs with sequins and sweeping trains, others decided to stick to a ''less is more approach'' - quite literally.
When it comes to fashion trends, 2025 will go down in history as the year dresses and lingerie vanished altogether, with stars leaving their bras and undies at home to go fully commando.

The Uncut Gems star paired the nude slip with yellow court shoes and had cleverly styled her long brunette locks into ringlets flowing across her chest and shoulders.
Another celeb who turned heads - both in person and for the millions tuning in - was the American rapper Megan Thee Stallion, 30.

Meanwhile Zoë Kravitz, 36, who split from Channing Tatum last year, smouldered in a black satin high-neck frock complete with bobbled mesh panelling.
The American filmmaker and daughter of the legendary singer Lenny Kravitz, 60, showcased the unconventional cleavage as she covered up her front and showed off the backside in a long, black gown with a mesh-lined cut-out.
The stunning black gown featured a cheeky peek-a-boo cut-out detailing that showed off her derriere and back.
Beneath the daring V-cut and butt-baring peek-a-boo keyhole, there was also a small bow attached right on the lower part of her back.
How to wear the naked dress

KNOWING how to channel the naked trend isn’t actually that tricky to master.
- You probably do it all the time without even thinking about it. For example with your winter tights. 10 - 20 Denier tights shade and sculpt the legs and make a statement even if you’re wearing a plain, old jumper dress.
- Sheer, light dresses that we reach for in summer can work for winter too. Just layer with camisoles and slip dresses underneath to add layers for warmth - and for your dignity.
- You don’t have to show everything off, look for styles with sheer inserts such as detailing on sleeves or the hems of skirts. M&S have a this season that you can wear with a chunky knit or a fitted evening top.
- If you don’t want to layer underneath your look then build on top. An oversized, masculine blazer over a see-through dress adds to your already sexy look.
- Sheer tops are everywhere this season but keep an eye out for style with ruching that gather together to cover your modesty whilst still giving the illusion of having nothing on.
American TV personality Julianne Hough attended the star-studded bash wearing a very racy gown which was complete with a white rucked maxi skirt.
However, the most striking feature of the dress was that from her derriere upwards, the outfit was completely sheer in a nude mesh fabric.
Italian model Bianca Balti was another celeb who arrived at the lavish party flashing her breasts in a super revealing white sheer gown, which she had completed with a satin skirt and a cape-style top.
Meanwhile, the Like A Boy singer and dancer Ciara, 39, turned heads in a flesh-toned bedazzled figure-hugging jumpsuit with feather trim on her toned legs and cuffs.
Fellow star Sofia Vergara, 52, exuded confidence and delivered major old Hollywood glamour vibes - while nearly spilling out of the busty duck egg blue gown featuring lace cut-out panelling on the waist.
Havana singer and popstar Camila Cabello cut a striking figure on the red carpet wearing a gorgeous gown that fit her body like a glove - and she too appeared to have left the bra at home, giving onlookers a cheeky peek at her chest with the corset-style top.
