Gemma has tumbled on telly TWICE - with both falls becoming viral sensations - and now a crew member has come forward to claim he is her 'bad omen'
GEMMA Collins confronted a crew member backstage on Dancing On Ice today after he claimed he'd jinxed her.
Gemma, 38, suffered a tumble on the ITV show and fell through a trapdoor on stage at the Teen Awards in 2017 and has joked her falls were thanks to an evil technician on set.
On Sunday afternoon, she bumped into a bloke who worked behind the scenes on both shows and made him 'clear the curse'.
Panning the camera around the studio gallery, she said: "Good morning, how are we? So this chap here ... what was he saying yesterday? We're doomed!"
Folding his arms, the man replied: "Well I was there when you fell down the hole at the teen awards. I'm your bad omen."
He added: "But not tonight!"
Thankfully she forgave the man and charmed his pals - ensuring her safety on the show tonight.
But back in 2017, Gemma threatened to take legal action after she plummeted into the hole which Love Island stars Amber Davies, Jamie Jewitt and Marcel Somerville were using to come up on to the Teen Awards stage.
Though she got over it, and returned to the scene of the accident at the awards show the following year.
However, she seemed to be tempting fate - and more trip ups - when she signed up to Dancing On Ice after turning down Strictly.
An ITV source said at the time: “We’ll have celebrities from all walks of life on our shows. The GC is a big character and will be telly gold.
"Strictly’s loss is Dancing on Ice’s gain.”
Gemma has been receiving medical care following her shock fall on the ice in last week's live show but seems determined to return to the competition.
Gemma revealed a first look at her Dancing On Ice outfit as she returned to the ice this week after her latest horror fall.
She dons an elaborate red robe with a black lace crown, as well as drawn on eyebrows and gold feathers on her chest.
She'll be dressing as a villainous queen for Sunday's Fairytale special.
