Katie Price’s daughter Bunny banned from TikTok

KATIE Price's daughter Bunny Hayler's TikTok account appears to have been banned after the youngster returned to the social media app.

The eight-year-old's mum, 45, came under fire earlier this year for letting her make videos on the platform despite her being under the app's strict age limit.

Users must be 13 to use the platform, 16 to send direct messages and 18 to 'go Live'.

Bunny recently changed her handle on the platform, showing that it was still in use.

However, the account no longer appears in the search function - indicating it has been banned or deactivated.

In its guidelines, says: "We are deeply committed to ensuring that TikTok is a safe and positive experience for people under the age of 18 (we refer to them as 'youth' or 'young people'). This starts by being old enough to use TikTok. You must be 13 years and older to have an account. There are additional age limitations based on local law in some regions.

"Youth safety is our priority. We do not allow content that may put young people at risk of exploitation, or psychological, physical, or developmental harm. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), youth abuse, bullying, dangerous activities and challenges, exposure to overtly mature themes, and consumption of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or regulated substances.

"If we become aware of youth exploitation on our platform, we will ban the account, as well as any other accounts belonging to the person."

Bunny had posted 49 videos, which had been synced across to a YouTube channel, at the time Katie's fans first raised their concerns.

One wrote: "This is disgusting she's only 8 she shouldn't be on here."

Another said: "Dangerous and stupid - she needs to delete her account."

A third posted: "Too young - how is Katie allowing her to be on here?"

Parenting specialist outlined the dangers facing children on social media.

She said: "Firstly, the internet is full of strangers and, even if you think you are chatting or interacting with someone you know, you might not be. At age 8, this will be very hard to understand and so will be at risk of impersonators, meaning that children may overshare information and be part of inappropriate conversations.

"Due to social media apps bringing age restrictions, at age 8, it is unlikely that they will see content that is always appropriate for them - it could be harmful or hurtful and totally unreliable, so if they share something they may be getting themselves into a tricky situation.
And lastly, children will be exposed to bullies and people who may want to groom them."

Katie was banned from TikTok in December for violating the app's children's policy.

A source told The Sun at the time: "Katie has been reported for putting Bunny and Jett on TikTok.

"They are both under 13, which violates the social media's policy. Worried fans got in touch and she's now been banned."

Katie subsequently blamed Bunny for using her TikTok without her permission.
