ANT and Dec have won the award for best presenter for the 22nd time, pipping Alison Hammond to the post yet again.

The presenting duo were all smiles as they collected their award at the National Television Awards this evening.

As well as Alison Hammond, they also left Bradley Walsh, Claudia Winkleman and Martin Lewis in their dust.

The I'm A Celebrity stars are also nominated for The Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award for their Saturday Night Takeaway.

Last year Alison was tipped to break Ant and Dec's winning streak but just like this year: it wasn't meant to be.

The 48-year-old showcased her curves in a tight black dress which she teamed up with a coordinating cape.

She was equally as gracious last year when took to the podium to collect This Morning's Best Daytime award.

"We are all so grateful for this award, honestly. I think This Morning is a mood," she said at the time. 

"Now we all know I should have won one of these as well. Bradley Walsh and Ant and Dec are amazing but I should have won, innit?"
