BRISTOL CITY make the long trip to Hull as they look to secure a play-off place by beating the side who ruined their promotion dream last time they made the top 6.

Dean Windass' volley famously decided the 2008 play-off final when the Robins and Tigers met at Wembley.

The Robins require a win on Humberside to make the play-offs and due to their poor goal difference will also likely need Derby to lose and Middlesbrough to fail to earn victory.

Hosts Hull sit in 13th and cannot go up or down, but they do have pride and league position to play for.

The Tigers can still finish as high as 9th or as low as 15th depending on how results go elsewhere.

When is Hull vs Bristol City?

Hull take on Bristol City on Sunday, May 5.

As with all of the Championship's final day games, this fixture will kick off at 12.30pm.

It will be played at the KCOM Stadium.

Is Hull vs Bristol City on TV and can I live stream it?

Unfortunately, Hull vs Bristol City will not be on TV as Sky Sports have chosen to broadcast Derby vs West Brom on the final day.

But you will be able to follow all the action right here on the SunSport LIVE BLOG.
