Chelsea target Radja Nainggolan has ‘promised’ Roma boss Luciano Spalletti he will be staying put in Italy this summer
Belgian midfielder has already met with Antonio Conte to discuss deal but looks set to remain with Serie A giants instead

ROMA boss Luciano Spalletti claims Chelsea target Radja Nainggolan has promised to stay in the Italian capital.
Nainggolan is wanted by incoming Blues manager Antonio Conte, who is keen to beef up his new midfield.
Roma have already lost Miralem Pjanic to Juventus and are desperate for Nainggolan to stay put.
Chelsea are believed to have already seen a transfer bid turned down, and Spalletti is adamant that Nainggolan will not be heading to Stamford Bridge this summer.
He said: “Radja is a man of his word and he promised me he will stay.
“I spoke to him and he seemed enthusiastic about continuing to give us his contribution next season.”

However, Conte is ready to break the bank to land Nainggolan, with doubts remaining over the future of Manchester United target Nemanja Matic.
Conte has already met Nainggolan to discuss a potential switch, and the Belgian midfielder is relaxed over his short-term future.
Nainggolan explained: “I have met with Conte and I know he wanted me at Juventus.
“He has told me what kind of player I can be for him and I feel he still wants me. However, I am now concentrating on the next few weeks and to see what will happen.”
But even though his mind is currently distracted by Belgium’s Euro 2016 campaign, compatriots Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois are still pestering him to join them in west London.
Hazard confirmed: “Courtois and myself would love him to come to Chelsea.
“I think he is one of the best midfielders in the world.”
